When Dillon Moore (2-0) discovered his opponent, Roosevelt Roberts (0-0), dropped from the upcoming card on November 5th, an event co-promoted by NorCal Fight Series (NCFS) and West Coast Fighting Championship (WFC), a dark cloud of disappointment formed over his head. Fortunately, he’ll still be able to compete at NCFS/WFC because Nathan “Nasty Nate” Feitosa (0-1) accepted the bout with only a few weeks to spare.
Typically Moore, somehow, shrinks his monstrous frame down to 145-pounds, but, while tanning under NCFS/WFC’s spotlight inside the Metro City Soccer Complex, he’s contracted to tip the scales at the lightweight limit. With Moore’s smothering intensity, he possibly perceives the added weight as: ten extra pounds of pressure to utilize.
Feitosa trains out of Kekino Kickboxing while at home in Hawaii, but during his visits to the mainland, he sharpens his craft alongside Team Alpha Male. Of course, the goal is the finish, but if Feitosa can ‘hang ten’ over the course of each round, he may eek out his first win as a professional by way of decision.
To the MMA fans surrounding Northern California, follow Moore’s lead and make a a last-minute decision to clear the calendar on the evening of November 5th by purchasing tickets to NCFS/WFC. See Moore (link here) for more details.
